At Salomon New Zealand, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your outdoor adventures. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your gear and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any NZ Post location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
